now i'm annoyed...

so my mom had to bail on lunch today. see my sis's cat is sick. so mom took him to the vet yesterday, and they pumped the poor thing with fluids and wanted to have him overnight. they called this morning and said that she had to pick him up at 4:30. well mom doesn't get done with work till 2, then she has to run to the east side to have lunch around 2:30 and then run to mt. horeb to pick up the cat. she would really be pushing it to make it on time.

fine and dandy cuz barry called and wanted to have lunch also. so i call him back and say okay, lets do this lunch thing around 2:15.

fine.

then i get an email, my boss has scheduled us all to be in a meeting starting at 2pm today. grr...

so i call barry back and say that i'm stuck in this meeting about half an hour how about lunch at 2:45? can't do it, he has to work at 4 on the west side...

so now i'm stuck in a meeting during my lunch our, i have no one to go with late and i have no money to buy myself lunch (both mom and barry had offered.) i have some left over cookies, but my ever expanding ass is begging me not to make a lunch out of them...

i'm just a little pissed off and hostile right now... they're going to love me at that meeting.
