exairiani'm going to have quite a bit of free time today. printing 14x17 in full color takes a bit. especially when your printing a dozen or so pages at a time.
anywho.
i'm still stuck on the whole pedro's thing from last night. i don't think i posted about it, but i had to call in twice yesterday. both times a supervisor told me i had to talk to the GM. the second time he was in a meeting so i tried to fully explain the whole deal. all i got was a "well now what are we supposed to do, are you sure you can't work? at all?" um... no. i fucking can't work. my god. i told her i would gladly come in if they didn't mind my constact screwing up and the high potential for an injury due to the lightheadedness i was getting from the vicodin... yeah. she didn't care for that.
but not once did either supervisor ask how i was.
so i'm stuck on this. mj wants me to put in my notice and well... it just may happen. i was all for working with them, helping out, but now... why the fuck should i? it's not like they give a shit about me, afterall. i think i'll give them one last chance tomorrow. when i talk to the GM, see how he reacts.
of course missing work last night means that i missed getting to sing last night. it's gotten to the point where my co-workers pick songs for me to sing to break up the god awfullness that karaoke at pedro's has become.

joakleaf has mentioned a place a few times... what would be cool is if we could get a group to go out once a week or everyother week or something for karaoke... that would make me happy. of course this whole overwhelming need to sing could easily be taken care of if i could just, you know, join a band or learn to make music on a computer or some such...

...afterthought... wonder how mj is doing getting the kitties into the carriers for their 10am appointment...
