i feel dirty...

exairianso after leaving work early i went over to matc to pay my $100 deferment bill and pick up my first set of books.
bill paid, no issue.
books... well i find the books for both html and flash. i decided to pass on the books for dynamic and flash since i don't need them until the last week of october. go over to the graphic arts section for my books for intro to comp graphics and find that it's completely unlabled. there's about a dozen large, scary priced looking books there, but no idea which ones i need. i ask and they say that the teach for that class hasn't released a book list to them yet. wtf. classes start in less than two weeks and there's no book list? so i have to call next week to see if it's in.
well, while paying for my one book (a slender little thing that costs $30. yay textbooks!) the girl hands me a campus starter pack. i'm accostomed to these things, they where waiting for us at the start of every year in dorm land. in platteville it was filled with stuff like razor and shaving gel, tampons, toothbrush, toothpaste, coupons for local stores, you get the idea. well i didn't look in this one, but instead just walked away because i'm too damn nice to tell them to keep it i've been buying my own tampons for quite some time. while i'm walking out i spot the boys pack. yeah. they get fucking stewing from freaking family guy and a bunch of funny ass quotes. what's mine? reese witherspoon and adverts for her upcoming movie.

fine whatever. i get home and open it up... wtf do they think girls need these days? i have here a trial tube of perfume, lipstick, body gel with glitter and 3 types of moisturizer and a pack of ramen (i can't fault them for the ramen). so wtf. i feel like calling and asking "is the boys pack full of axe cologne, hair gel and an underwear sock?"
*sigh*
i'm too damn cynical for this world anymore. i really think i am.
