sick

so yesterday i bailed on apex because i was feeling crappy. still had to go into pedro's though. i figured it would be another slow monday, especially since it was so nice out. oh man was i wrong. first off, i found out that i am now a trainer. yeah, me. *gasp* second of all, we got our asses kicked. don't know why, but for a good hour or two we literally had a line to the door. by the end of the night i was so wrecked that i was fighting to stay on my feet. my throat hurt so bad that just talking hurt. i came home, took some drugs and passed out.

woke up this morning feeling worse than yesterday. however i had promised to go into Apex... so i did. got a couple hours of work done and then j sent me home. i'm bailing on web animation and the only reason i'm even going to vid production is to turn the camera back in (we get docked .5 grade points for every day it's late).

but! i remembered that i have an ibook (seriously, the poor thing rarely sees daylight anymore) and that my ibook has imovie! so i was a bit concerned about not hanging in class to work on my project (first part due thursday) but now i can do it here! so i am.

unfortunately i still have to go in to turn in the camera.

UPDATE: um... n'mind, apparently my laptop can't handle editing the stuff from my portable HD and i don't have enough space to upload the files on to the laptop...

i don't want to leave my apartment. at all. i don't. don't want to go. don't want to drive to MATC just to argue with my teacher as to why i'm not staying, just to turn in the camera... right now, half a point isn't seeming so bad...
